PAC relies on donations from a variety of sources to enable us to continue to provide counselling and therapy free of charge to any young person in Cumbria who is experiencing emotional distress or mental health difficulties.

If you shop online you can donate at no extra cost to yourself through the easyfundraising website.  Just use this link https://www.easyfundraising.org.uk/causes/pautonomy/ to select us as your chosen cause and search for your shops.  There are plenty to choose from and they all donate to charities and organisations like ours every time you buy something through their site.
